RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
For the safety and comfort of all clients, TOP NAILS reserves the right to refuse service to:
• Anyone with a condition of a skin contagious that may be contagious
• Anyone with open wounds or signs of infection in the treatment area
• Anyone whose health conditions may be negatively affected by our services
• Anyone behaving in a rude, aggressive or disrespectful manner toward our staff or other clients
CLIENT SAFETY & SERVICE GUIDELINES
For your safety, we’re not licensed to cut or treat ingrown toenails
That procedure requires a medical professional
• Diabetic Clients: Please inform us before your service so we can take appropriate precautions. Certain services are not permitted for diabetic clients
• Age Under Safety: Minors are under 16 years by State law. For your safety, please do not use the chairs if you are not that limit
• Children in the Salon: We welcome children receiving services. For safety, children under 10 who are not treated for a service must remain seated with a supervising adult at all times
• Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or damaged cell phones or personal items
• Cell Phone Etiquette: Please set phones to silent/vibrate and keep conversations at a low volume to maintain a relaxing environment. Hands-free use is recommended to avoid distracting calls during service
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
• If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 3 days of your appointment
• We will make necessary corrections to meet your expectations
• No refunds are issued once a service has been rendered

• Non-refundable and non-exchangeable
• Treated as cash and not replaceable if lost or stolen
